The same photo can only win once.

All uploaded photos must meet the event requirements and pass our review to be successfully uploaded.

Each member may upload multiple photos per month, but they must be distinct and not similar. KEEBHOUSE reserves the right of final review.
每人每月可上傳多張照片，必須為不同且不相似的照片，KEEBHOUSE保有最終審核權。
Uploading multiple photos increases the chances of winning, but each member's account is limited to one win per month, and winning photos cannot participate in the event again.
上傳多張照片可增加中獎機率，但每個會員帳號每月僅限獲獎一次，且已獲獎的照片不能再次參加活動。
Participants agree to grant KEEBHOUSE the rights to reproduce, edit, and publicly transmit the submitted photos, which may be used on KEEBHOUSE’s website, social media platforms, media, and related marketing channels (such as Mistel & Leopold Taiwan).
參加者同意授權KEEBHOUSE擁有對參賽照片的重製、編輯、公開傳輸等權利，並可使用於KEEBHOUSE所屬網站、社群平台、媒體及相關行銷通路（如Mistel & Leopold Taiwan）。
Participants must ensure that all uploaded photos meet the following criteria. Suppose KEEBHOUSE discovers or is notified by a third party of any violation or suspected violation. In that case, KEEBHOUSE has the right to delete the related files immediately without notifying the participant, and to cancel their eligibility for the event. Participants may not claim any rights or compensation from KEEBHOUSE and shall be liable for any related damages.
(1) The photo contains no defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, indecent, obscene, false, or unlawful content that violates public order or good morals.
(2) All content is original, without plagiarism, falsehood, illegality, or any infringement of others' rights (including but not limited to copyright, portrait rights, etc.).
(3) No other illegal activities are involved.
參加者應保證所有上傳的照片均符合以下條件，如KEEBHOUSE發現或有第三方檢舉違反或疑似違反者，KEEBHOUSE有權不經通知參加者立即刪除相關檔案，並取消其參加活動的資格，參加者不得向KEEBHOUSE要求任何權利或補償；參加者應負擔相關損害賠償責任。
(1) 照片中無誹謗、侮辱、威脅、攻擊性、不雅、猥褻、不實、違反公共秩序或善良風俗，或其他違法之文字、影像或圖片內容。
(2) 所有內容均為原創，無抄襲、不實、違法或其他侵害他人權利（包括但不限於著作權、肖像權等）之情形。
(3) 無其他任何違法行為。
For any unresolved matters, KEEBHOUSE reserves the right to approve, change, modify, or cancel the event. Any changes to these terms or prizes will be announced on the event website, without further notice.
如有未盡事宜，KEEBHOUSE保留最終核准、變更、修改或取消本活動內容之權利；如本條款及獎項有所變動，將以本活動網站公告為準，恕不另行通知。
